Devin G. Smith, P.E., R.P.L.S. Registered Professional Engineer Texas No. 84012, Registered Professional Land Surveyor Texas No. 5849.

Mr. Smith has a B.S. and a M.S. in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University and is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers, Texas Society of Professional Engineers and Texas Society of Professional Surveyors. He has over 22 years of engineering and surveying experience in the North Texas area and has been with Corlett, Probst & Boyd, P.L.L.C. since November 2010.

Served as Project Engineer for the Jacksboro Independent School Districts new elementary and high school facilities where he performed site paving and grading, stormwater analysis, water and sewer utility service, TxDOT Highway Right-of-Way access permitting & sanitary sewer lift station design, bidding and construction oversight.

Performed paving and drainage design including residential and commercial development design, floodway analysis, and street extensions for the cities of Wichita Falls, Iowa Park, Burkburnett and numerous commercial and residential developments.

Performed complete wastewater collection system analysis and modeling for the cities of Wichita Falls and Lawton, Oklahoma to comply with EPA mandated sanitary sewer evaluation surveys to address sanitary sewer inflow and overflows and was a design team member for the resulting sanitary sewer collection system renovation and rehabilitation that include manhole replacement and rehabilitation and pipe replacement, slip lining and pipe bursting from 10” to 20” replacement lines.

Performed wastewater system design including sewer lines, treatment facilities, lift stations, and pumps for the cities of Wichita Falls, Archer City and Iowa Park.

Performed water system design including water distribution lines, pump stations, valve replacement, elevated tanks, ground storage tanks, hydraulic and transient analysis/design, and control systems for the City of Wichita Falls and Argyle Water Supply Corporation.

Prepared various Texas Commission on Environmental Quality permit applications including wastewater discharge permits, wastewater treatment plant permits, liquid waste dewatering facility and land application of liquid waste as required by Environmental Protection Agency and Texas Commission on Environmental Quality for the Peaster, ISD and IMC Waste Disposal.

Performed stormwater analysis, conveyance, treatment, and detention for the City of Burkburnett, Jacksboro ISD, Nocona ISD, Perrin ISD, Perrin-Whitt ISD, Brock ISD and numerous commercial and residential developments.
