T. Dean Hinton, P.E. Registered Professional Engineer -State of Texas No. 58872 State of Oklahoma No. 24372

Mr. Hinton has a B.S. in Agricultural Engineering from Texas Tech University and is a member of American Society of Civil Engineers, National Society of Professional Engineers, Texas Society of Professional Engineers, and Water Environment Federation. He is also a past President of the North Central Texas Chapter of TSPE. Mr. Hinton has over 25 years of engineering experience including the design of water, wastewater, street, and drainage systems. Recent educational facility projects include site improvements design for the New Auditorium for Seymour ISD, including site grading, site utilities and stormwater conveyance and detention facilities. Has recently completed site grading, utilities, parking lots, and stormwater detention facilities for Holliday ISD, City View ISD, Saint Jo ISD, and the Safe Routes to Schools program for the City of Henrietta/Henrietta ISD.

Served as Project Engineer for the Arizona Interceptor Main, Arrowhead Pipeline and Pump Station Improvements, Kemp Raw Water Supply System Reservoir, Pump Station and Pipeline, River Road Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion, and as a Design Team Member/Project Manager for the Jasper WTP Improvements for the City of Wichita Falls.

Performed wastewater system design including sewer lines, treatment facilities, lift stations, and pumps for the cities of Wichita Falls, Olney, Henrietta, Burkburnett, Odessa, Canadian, and Monahans. Performed water system design including water distribution lines, raw water lines, pump stations, valve replacement, elevated tanks, ground storage tanks, hydraulic and transient analysis/design, and control systems for the cities of Wichita Falls, Olney, Nocona, Byers, Lakeside City, Kermit, Monahans, Canadian, Dalhart, Gruver, Seagraves, Earth, Texhoma, Groom, and for Archer Co. M.U.D., West Texas Water Supply System, and Chevron U.S.A., Inc.

Performed paving and drainage design including residential and commercial development design, stormwater detention facilities, floodway analysis, extensions for the cities of Wichita Falls, Lakeside City, Olney, various commercial developments, and West Texas Water Supply System.

Prepared various manuals and permit applications including wastewater collection system operations and maintenance manuals, wastewater discharge permits, water treatment plant permits, and wastewater treatment plant permits as required by Environmental Protection Agency and Texas Commission on Environmental Quality for the City of Burkburnett, Seymour, Olney, Petrolia, Newcastle, and Nocona.

Performed construction management on subdivisions in Odessa, Kermit, and Monahans, Texas, and was a project team member for the development of a 20 year Master Plan to address future traffic, land use, drainage/storm sewer, water supply/distribution and wastewater collection/ treatment needs for the Cities of Canadian, Dalhart, Nocona, Henrietta, and Monahans, Texas.
