CPB is a consulting firm specializing in civil engineering and surveying services.  The office is located at 4605 Old Jacksboro Highway, in Wichita Falls.  The firm is led by Devin G. Smith, P.E., R.P.L.S.

CPB employs a professional staff of approximately 21 people as follows:

• Registered Professional Engineers: 5 
• Registered Professional Land Surveyors: 2  
• Technical Professionals: 2
• CAD Drafters: 6
• Survey Crewmen: 6
• Clerical: 2

All of the survey parties are equipped with robotic electronic total stations and data collectors, along with global positioning system (GPS) equipment.  

CPB’s drafting staff consists of seven CAD drafters. Computer aided designs and drawings are generated utilizing the latest release of AutoCAD and Civil 3D engineering and surveying software.    

Within the past year, CPB has added additional engineering staff, CAD drafting staff, and surveying personnel in order to better meet our client’s needs in both timeliness and quality of work.

CPB has unmatched surveying and engineering experience including the design of water supply and distribution systems, wastewater collection and treatment systems, and paving and drainage improvements in the Wichita Falls area.  We have designed projects varying in size from individual systems to major improvements for both municipal and private clients including the Cities of Wichita Falls, Burkburnett, Graham, Henrietta, Holliday, Lakeside City, Newcastle, and Olney; and Wichita Valley WSC, Archer County MUD, Friberg Cooper WSC, and Windthorst WSC.
